As entry forms and links become available they will be posted here on the Entry Forms tab.

You can download forms or visit sites for a variety of shows and car runs that require written entry. Across the UK there are hundeds of events for all makes of cars but these are our local ones and those of most interest to us.

TVMGOC members should inform the club Event Secretary which events they are planning to participate in.

To download a form click Download pdf. Click to read the document and Adobe has an option to save it to your computer, usually a down arrow icon.

Once the closing date for entries has passed it will be noted and afterwards deleted.

Meet at Saltash Travelodge car park at Carkeel roundabout at 17.45 leaving at 18.00.

The run is approx. 1-1.1/4 hours long and is 23 miles. Dinner starts at 19.30

We have 5 cars entered and some are making this into an extended holiday break.

Tour de Torbay Pasty Run - 26 August

Organised by Torbay MGOC. Starts and finishes on Teignmouth sea front.

After a host of family fun, including a Show n Shine competition with trophies for the winners. The pinnacle and finale of the day will see one lucky MG enthusiast drive off in a MG Sportscar, freshly detailed, MOTD, taxed by us all for just £1. TandCs apply

East Pool Mine Classic MG Sports Car Day - 27 August

No entry form needed but cars are being organised by Cornwall MGOC who should be informed. Email

Arrive by 10:15 at the latest.

Tamar Old Bridges Run - Devon and Cornwall MGCC - 2 Sept

Starting at Bradworthy Square near Holsworthy, entrants to sign in at the Bradworthy Inn at least 30 minutes before start time, where route cards and plaques will be issued. The route will follow the River Tamar from its source, crossing all of the old bridges to Gunnislake Bridge, a total of 20 crossings.
There will be a lunch time halt at Lifton Farm Shop and Restaurant, with a finish at Harrowbarrow Village
Hall. The total mileage of the route is approximately
85 miles

People and Places - TVMGOC invitation event - 16 September

The Tamar Valley MG Owners Club takes pleasure in inviting you to our fifth bi-annual

People and Places run to be held on Sunday 16th September 2018.
This event is a social tour along roads and lanes, offering some stunning views of the landscape and coast of Devon and Cornwall before finishing with a cream tea at The Moorland Garden Hotel, South Dartmoor. The route instructions will have brief notes on places associated with famous local people as well as other points of interest and will be appox.100 miles long.




Bristol MGOC Autumn Run - 23 September

The 80 – 100 mile run is followed by a BBQ at a ‘working farm with a difference’.

Cotswold Airport Revival Festival – 29 and 30 September
This event is designed to be an alternative to the Goodwood Revival with classic traders, vintage and classic vehicles, funfair, live entertainment, aircraft, etc., etc.  Owners of classic cars over 30 years old can display their cars for free in their ‘Pole Position’ area. A place must be pre-booked here:

The Rut (Healey Drivers Club) - Sunday 7 October

Commencing at Buckfastleigh with a run over Exmoor.
